Jr. Nature Explorers
(Ages 2-4)

Welcome to our FALL 2026 Junior Nature Explorers class! This class is a Caregiver & Me all-weather class that meets across multiple locations for the Fall 2026 semester. Classes will cover a variety of lessons that are rooted in nature-inspired, interest-led and play-based learning. Lessons include, but are not limited to, nature art, sensory play, and basic wilderness skills. Classes will honor a seasonal flow & rhythm. Classes have their own natural flow, so attending multiple days and/or locations would not cover the exact same materials, but similar themes will occur.

This is a caregiver and student class that spans 1.5 hours. Drop offs are not allowed for this age group.

Nature Explorers

Classes have their own natural flow, so attending multiple days and/or locations would not cover the exact same materials, but similar themes will occur.

Drop off or parent helper option. Please designate on registration form which option you would prefer. (Please review parent helper expectations on registration form to ensure this is a good fit.)

Trailblazers
(Ages 13-17)

Welcome to our FALL 2026 Trailblazers class! This class is a teen all-weather class that plans to meets across multiple locations for the Fall 2026 semester. Classes will cover a variety of lessons rooted in nature-inspired, interest-led and experiential learning. Lessons include, but are not limited to, wilderness survival & bushcraft skills, nature journaling & field sketching, ecological observation & citizen science, map & compass navigation, wild plant identification & foraging ethics, and nature-inspired art & design. Classes will honor a seasonal flow & rhythm, with teens taking a more active role in shaping their learning experience. Classes have their own natural flow, so attending multiple days and/or locations would not cover the exact same materials, but similar themes will occur.

Drop-off or parent helper option. Teens will be encouraged to take ownership of their experience and engage as emerging naturalists and leaders in the group, but parents are still welcome to join.
